Talent Shouldn't Be Priced Out
Every season, Off The Chain Performance hand selects a limited number of student athletes out of local Central Florida schools and awards them a full ride to play under our league. No registration fee, no gear cost, no training cost — just an athlete, a jersey, and a chance. Selection is based on athletic potential, character, effort in the classroom, and need.
From The Classroom To The Field
1. School Scouting
Our staff visits partner schools across the Lake Nona, Moss Park, and greater Orlando area, working with PE coaches, athletic directors, and counselors to identify athletes.
2. Evaluation
Selected students are invited to a private evaluation — athletic testing plus a character and attitude review. Effort and coachability matter as much as talent.
3. Family Meeting
We sit down with the guardian to review expectations: attendance, behavior, academics, and the commitment required to hold the spot.
4. Full Ride Awarded
Approved athletes are placed on a roster with every cost covered for the season, renewable as long as standards are maintained.

League Participation Fee
Full season play in the Off The Chain league — covered in full.
Uniform & Gear
Jersey, shorts, and equipment bag provided at no cost to the family.
Performance Training
Speed, agility, strength, and skills sessions included.
Tournament Access
Opportunity for gameplay time in national AAU and NFL FLAG events.
Mentorship & Academics
Big Brother mentorship, character coaching, and academic accountability.
Exposure
Combine evaluations, spotlight features, and NIL opportunities.
Standards To Keep The Spot
- Stay enrolled and in good standing at your school
- Maintain passing grades and positive teacher reports
- Attend practices and games — Saturdays, 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Follow the player and parent codes of conduct
- Represent Off The Chain with respect on and off the field
